Spa Policy | Endless Beauty

Welcome to Endless Beauty. To ensure every client enjoys a tranquil, safe, and seamless experience, we kindly ask that you review our spa policies below. These guidelines help us maintain the peaceful environment you deserve and ensure fairness for both clients and staff.


Booking & Appointments

  • Reservations: We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation the day before your appointment.

  • Late Arrivals: Arriving late may shorten your treatment time out of respect for the next client. Full treatment cost will still apply.


Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Notice Period: Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the treatment cost, cancellations on the day will be charged full treatment cost.

  • No-Shows : A full treatment charge will apply for missed appointments without notice.


Spa Etiquette

    • Quiet Zone: Kindly silence mobile phones and speak softly to preserve the serene environment for all clients.

    • Children: To ensure a relaxing atmosphere, children are not permitted in the spa unless receiving treatment and supervised by an adult.

  • Personal Belongings: We recommend leaving valuables at home. Endless Beauty is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.


Health Considerations

  • Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your treatment.

    • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, certain treatments may need to be adjusted or avoided. Please consult with your therapist. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe due to health conditions.


Gift Vouchers & Packages

    • Vouchers must be presented at the time of your appointment.

    • Please note our vouchers do not expire. 

  • Packages and specials cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.


Payments

  • We accept cash, EFT, and all major credit/debit cards.
